Fermentation Farmers + Provisions is run by Cameron Wilson and Daniel Perez. They have both been working in restaurants/food service for over 8 years. Cameron specializes in baking and pastry but has a curious passion for the hot and spicy food world. Daniel has cultivated his skills in all aspects of the kitchen but has a secret (not so secret anymore) passion for baking sweets. These two chefs have decided to combine their knowledge of the food world to create new and amazing foods that bring smiles to people’s faces.
